Arctic weather hits Heilongjiang

Temperatures have dropped to -42 degrees Celcius along the Heilongjiang River in northeast China. The temperature drop is expected to last until the weekend. A coat of ice immediately covers an egg when its cracked into a bowl. [Photo: VCG]
