Arctic weather hits Heilongjiang

Temperatures have dropped to -42 degrees Celcius along the Heilongjiang River in northeast China. The temperature drop is expected to last until the weekend. Jeans freeze after being soaked with water, allowing them to stand up on their own. [Photo: VCG]
