A Japanese restaurant boss making Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles at his new restaurant in Tokyo, Japan, on August 21, 2017. While he was studying in China he fell in love with the tasty dish and decided to learn how to make it. After returning home to Japan he set up his own restaurant.
